A drunk illegal immigrant who sneaked back into the country after being deported killed a pensioner couple after crashing in to the back of their car at 100mph, a court heard yesterday.

the sooner May goes the better, it's time finger prints were taken and checked, no excuses, how long does it take to read a finger print ? unless your British then you should be checked and deported straight away, no appeals, appeal in your own country.

I must be a bit naive. How the can you get a National Insurance Number and a work permit if your here illegally. With what I've read in the last week this government doesnt appear to have made any real attempt to tackle the problems of illegals, just picking on the soft targets instead

marco, estimates are there are upto 1 million, yes 1 million illegals in the country, easier to refuse someone a visa than catch and deport one of them

Joe I know what your saying about a million and I agree with that figure if not more. But I just dont get the work permit and National Insurance number. What this is saying is that he's illegal but he has the necessary documents to get a bona fide job. laughable

There is a whole cottage industry printing out fake documents for these scumbags, and has been for years.

If people can reproduce functioning credit cards and driving licences...

I'm sure the UKBA are making an effort to stop such practices...with the usual politically-correct kid gloves.

Plenty of fake documents/passports etc being sold around our market square.
Always the same 'crowd' doing the selling and getting taken away by the police. Just can't understand how come they always return doing the same stuff

I don't get this. He "sneaked back in". Moldova is not part of the EU, it is a basketcase of a former soviet state, created by a policy of divide and rule, from stolen bits of Romania and Russia.
If he had been deported, then his passport would surely be stamped, unless he got a fake uk visa.
I have never seen a UK visa, surely SURELY these are barcoded back to a central database of people who have been correctly awarded them?

nothing surprises me anymore , those who are not British,no even British ones should have their finger prints scanned when the re-enter the Uk,
