HI ALL,
im quite confuse about applying ILR,my wife will be applying for her ILR this year.is it 2years from the date of entry in the uk or the date from her LTR visa ,which was issued after our wedding in december 2005.sorry for being ignorant.

The 2 yrs will start from the date she entered UK but she must apply ILR or FLRM-(if entered UK after 28days of visa issued) before her spouse visa expired.
