Hello, It should be possible for you to apply for a fiancee visa, if you havent been married before, If your fiancee can show he is able to support you finacially and he can show regular income and some savings, where you will live (living with parents can be ok if you can show you have permission), marriage plans ect. Use the search feature on this site and you will find lots of information.

As long as you can meet all the UKBA requirements with your application then it's OK

Take a look here for How To Apply For A Fiance(e) Visa

Under a fiancee visa you are not allowed to work.
Once you are married and have FLR then you may work.

So you can either answer "No", or "Only when I am legally allowed to work"

    The choice is yours

once again thank you so much...advices are alot better than paying a solicitor. because when i apply for a visit visa to visit my sister and her family i gt refused with hellp of the solicitor, but its a relief cos when we plan to apply for a fiance visa i went again to that solicitors office to seek for advise but they already closed since last year.it doesnt make sense!!!!
