For my marrigae forms a car with an Aunt and her Sister who worked at the town hall back in Laguna turned up and we filled in a form for our Wedding which was in six months time or whatever some of the details i could not remeber i was jet lagged and no interweb on phone them days and too early to call back to Uk at that time, so made educated guess on some details. Guess what no one cared but they had the paperwork and they could stamp it and make some money and get some gifts
