    Everything looks great.

Funnily enough, despite my preference for Sea Bream over Sea Bass we bought a pack of four fresh and bright eyed Sea Bass from Costco yesterday. Must say dinner last night was wonderful.
Credit to Costco for some beautilful fish and at a great price too.

Mrs Lastlid reckons the Sea Bream is just like Tilapia.

Okay. Thats a fair bit better than £4.00 each in Tesco.

We got the Sea Bream at £2.00 each but that was a special offer.

    That looks really nice.
We're both fond of salmon and eat quite a lot of it.

We even use it in sinigan from time to time. Worth a try

    Oven Baked Tilapia

    Oven baked Tilapia Fillet.

Cooked by Mrs Lastlid, in a dusting of bread crumbs and mayonaise. It tasted a little like Sole or similar.

That's what you buy in the Phils.

We used to feed our dog on their cans of Pilchards though.
