A place for everything, everything in its place.
Mrs Lastlid is frying her sea bream and baking mine as we speak.....
Whole. Meditteranean style with olives and lemon and tomatoes etc.
Everything looks great.
Funnily enough, despite my preference for Sea Bream over Sea Bass we bought a pack of four fresh and bright eyed Sea Bass from Costco yesterday. Must say dinner last night was wonderful.
Credit to Costco for some beautilful fish and at a great price too.
I would share mine, you are welcome to the "eye's"

Oven baked Tilapia Fillet.
Cooked by Mrs Lastlid, in a dusting of bread crumbs and mayonaise. It tasted a little like Sole or similar.
I like mine out of a can.
