    President Benigno S. Aquino III is scheduled to meet UK Prime Minister David Cameron today. He will then attend a luncheon meet hosted by Prince Andrew , as Queen Elizabeth is busy with the Jubilee Ceremonies and Prince Philip is in the hospital.
