Hi briancol! If you're friend is just near Manila, may I suggest for her to just drop by at the VFS so she can get a copy of it. I still have my own copy here though not sure if it was still updated

As someone who visited VFS twice I would say that if you can its a great idea to visit VFS in Manila. I found them very helpful, both directly and via email.

Brian,your friend can get a checklist on his/her appointment date at the vfs.

It seems, from our experiences, that the checklist really was of little use. We never used it to refer to in the way of a guide. We just handed it in with our documentation at the point of submission. We were advised that the checklist wasn't really a necessity. The explanation given was that it was too generic (too general) to really be appropriate for the wide variance in each individual cases.

In my case, I was given a checklist after I booked my VIP appointment via email. They will give you a checklist in the VFS too on the day of your appointment just approach one of the staffs.
