just need help where here in England can get a copy of a divorce paper,my partner been divorce and he lost his copy of divorce paper, we don't know where to get a copy of his divorce paper and how much will it cost?

Back to his solicitor. Or the court that issued the papers. I looked into this last year, in case I lost mine and that is what I discovered. There was a fee, but I cant remember how much, exactly.

i had same go to your county court if you know the date in my case it was a easy find there is a fee i paid £5 but for a longer search it can cost more if you had the ref number from your devorce papers it will be easy for them to find
