i still think the gov will have problems with the HRC and article 8, also no mention of people who dont work, does this apply to them to ? , retired or can not work because of some disability. also if you have kids - the best interest of the child could be a problem for the gov, complainants to MP from people who are refused a visa because of this, problems extending FLR to 5yrs, etc etc..Originally Posted by lastlid
