Provisional Driving Licence

Rose doesn't drive yet, she has made several attempts in Dubai and failed. She will be needing to pass her test in the UK. What documents does she need to have in order to get a provisional licence in the UK? NI number? FLR?

All she needs is the spouse visa or FLR, most of the process can be done online.

Take at look here, Applying for a provisional driving licence

Unfortunately she will not be able to apply online. That's only for UK citizens.
Her passport will need to be submitted to the DVLA in Swansea along with the application.

i agree. thats what i did

The online application does work, but it just sends you out a completed form for you to sign and send back the passport with.
