moved to chorley in 2010 he must have had a fiancee visa, as they married last year, so they must have applied for FLR(m) at the latest may last year, and last month he was told he would have to leave - more one year after they submitted their FLR(m) app
why didn't they, i take it they didn't submit the english cert in feb ! even if it was 6 days late, and they are now going to make a fresh app

could have applied for DLR because of the baby, but from July i dont think you can any more even for article 8 grounds.

UKBA say because DL is as good as those who are compliant.
Mostly replaced with either additional leave or 10 year pathway.
