Iam gathering all documents to sponser my fiancee and her 2 children to bring here. I know she is not entitled to gov funds. Would i be able to claim tax credit for the children been as i work???

once your married, you can claim child benefit and (tax creds if your eligible) for your step kids. but you should claim them not your wife and you need to make a joint application for tax creds.
