    Barrio Fiesta in York today.

    Lucky with the weather !

Good attendance and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

    .

Well done to the organisers and to the wide variety of business stallholders who attended. It was so wonderful to be amongst happy smiling faces again !

    Yes.

    Warm and sunny.

I was tempted to buy loads of food, but had decided to leave the car at home and walk.

They had an amazing selection of Filipino branded foods for sale.

I would have stopped longer, but felt a bit of an interloper with not having my boy with me (he had to work at his part-time job)....or after next weekend, my stepdaughter...an actual REAL Filipina.

One of the many food stalls selling Pinoy specialities...though this guy doesn't look like a Filipino to me.

Yep, looks like blue skies and warmish weather.
Northampton area has been cold, gray and wet.

Thanks to the awful weather here I'm still moving stuff from old house to new house.
It's a hard life for some

There are lots of pictures of the event on the Maharlika facebook page, just request to be a friend. It was a great day the weather was perfect , the performers put on a good show, the planning has already started for next years event. Maharlika is run to help various charities in the Philipppines, all money raised is used to help good causes. Thank you to all who supported the event.

    Well done.

I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and it was great to see all the happy faces in my town.
