    family visit visa

    Hello Everyone,
I would like to ask to those members here who are been applying for family visit visa. How long did you hear the result from the date you've submitted your applications? Many thanks

Its generally the same as a normal visit visa (only difference anyway is the right of appeal and some of the evidence), but I just applied for my wife and step-daughter for 5 year visas and that took just over two weeks and that was due to a slight complication, but all previous visas have taken around 1 to 3 days in Manila.

Remains available for immediate family, but not for extended family such as cousins.

Lots here are waiting for a result of their applications, so don't worry..UKBA is just taking a long long time processing all the applications.
