i have posted fo my indefinate leave to remain 5 weeks now i have recieve acklodgement letter a week after.can any body tell me how long will it take:

we applied for FLR 2 /12 months ago and we are still waiting, other paosts have suggested it can take up to 6 months, what a brilliant service the UKBA provide

Time scale varies..... earliest seem to be about 7 weeks, altho' in our case it was 17 weeks.

Applied for ILR 10th May, got acknowledgement letter about 2 weeks after........not heard anythiung yet! So you are not alone. Suggested wait time 12 to 24 weeks i think.
