We have talked to our friends about it but they said for as long as we have a legal marriage in UK, have registered it both UK & Philippine immigration, the UKBA will have no reason to refuse our application for spousal visa.
Don't want to burst your bubble, but that is not correct.
Your application for the spouse visa needs to comply with the rules (eg genuine relationship, accomodation, financial situation of husband, etc etc)
It is not a done-deal by any means
