You will have a lot of this clearing the garbage off the streets of central London in the run up to The Olympics. Once The Olympics leave town it will return to normal. This is purely cosmetic.
Most likely be against their human rights to arrest them
Most likely get little more than a slap on the wrist cos no doubt it would be against their human rights to send them back from where they came from, thats why they come here cos this countries reputation for soft justice is legendary.
I like this bit regarding the justification of the major trojan horse operation :-

I suppose the idea of sealing off both ends of Westminster Bridge for 10 minutes to round up the scum never crossed the Met's minds
