I have been bawling my eyes out since yesterday. I haven't had a good sleep. I am so so so pissed and frustrated that instead of arriving on Thursday, June 28, the parcel containing my husband's documents hasn't left the UK yet! He sent it on Tuesday morning. We thought all was well until we tracked it and it showed that it was "returned to shipper." What's weird was it wasn't sent back to him! He rang them up and they said that something was overlooked etc etc they kept apologizing etc etc BUT Why didn't they inform him right away? They said they would call him if a problem occurred! I am so disappointed and disheartened. ahhhhh!!!!!
