To be honest, I can fully understand your frustration.
The last package I sent via DHL also encountered problems with no feedback from them. I was the one who called after 3 days when the package did not arrive.
It seemed to me that DHL were having issues that they didn't get before.
Needless to say we will be looking for alternative courrier services in the future.
Although it has to be said members here have had issue with most of the alternatives also.
All organisations have problems from time to time, but it's how they manage them that's important.
