I made a habit of looking at the spare tyres on jeepneys when I was over there this time for some reason.
I never noticed the actual tyres on the jeepneys themselves but the spare tyres were always bald and some had cracks in them.
Do they have a legal limit in the Phils or is it just ignored?live there in all your life and those things you question would all be pretty normal..lolz
