Electronic ticket or e-ticket for short came in to use in 2008 if i am correct. You will not get tickets in the post. You will have given them an email address when you bought the tickets, check your emails. You will have a flight itinerary receipt, print this off. This is your e-ticket.
Some low cost carriers will charge you up to £40 if you do not produce a copy of this e-ticket.
