Another thing he will be all too aware of, unlike Poland and to some extents the Czech Republic, Britain will not be flooded with Greeks.

Many Poles came here because there's a long Polish tradition in the UK, many have relatives, there are Polish societies, the climate isn't too dissimilar etc. If Ukraine ever joined the EU then something similar would happen.

Greece doesn't have THAT much of a cultural link - not as strong as Poland anyway. Of course some would come here, but many more would flock to southern France, Italy, Spain where the climate is similar and casual work might be similar to a Greek economy, plus easier to get to.

This is scaremongering yet again with immigration. Nearly everyone knows full damn well that it's only really one section of immigrants who cause real problems, and despite their numbers in the case of Poles, it isn't them, it isn't the French, it isn't the Greeks...........

If the Greek economy completely collapses, then Cameron is going to be faced with far worse problems than a few guys called Stavros coming here and hoping to find work picking carrots, the Euro goes tits up, then Stirling will be in trouble

The man is an out of touch oaf
