    Local Cinema

There are two cinemas here on the island. Both are quite old and small too. One is just a few minutes walk from where we live. The local manager for a good many years, here, passed away recently and out of respect I phoned in to enquire about the forthcoming funeral this saturday. They said it will be at 11.30, 13.00, 16.50 and 19.00.

Anyhow. Me and Mrs Lastlid will be going tonight to watch Amazing Spiderman in 3D. There hasn't been an awful lot on recently, unless I have missed something. I have a feeling that 3D might actually be good for this kind of movie. Primarily Mrs Lastlids choice so I will blame her if it isn't so good.

I took my boy there (Orlando) back in 2004.
    We had a great time.

The Jaws ride was pretty realistic as you are in a real boat on a real body of water and they use the same animatronic (?) creature as in the actual movie.

Never been. We went to a place in Spain called Port Aventura which is or was Universal Studios....

I am guessing that they are no longer a part of the Universal group...
