I have just completed one of my most hated tasks...shopping at Tesco.
Now sitting comfortably watching a prgramme about the workings of the heart, while absorbing the pounding beat of music coming from my son's bedroom upstairs.

My wife keeps telling to save on petrol and not go so often.
I have no loyalty to any supermarket these days, but know where the best buys are.
I'm getting quite good at the self-checkouts too.
