Hello Terpe,

It seems that I am getting different views with regard to monthly spending in Central London, I am thinking of taking advantage of my benefit to reimburse my rent, meals and transpo by taking the best that I can have as my living allowance is not fixed instead it is in actuals. So I am looking at spending only for my personal shopping and clubbin. Though I am a Filipino so I am used to stretch my budget. On the other hand, I believe I should talk to my boss about my package and ask for a little bit more.

Yeah, I am totally clear with the 40% tax but there are non taxable stuff such as contributions which somehow save me a couple of pounds.

For the weighting salary, it will be added on top of my base salary but I am not looking into it as I am doing my budget on a conservative basis for me to move those extra income directly to my savings.

For the points, I do not know if I can help you because I am not really familiar with the application, I just provided all documents that our legal has asked.

Since he has a better compensation package than me then he should get a Visa easily. As my company was able to manage it with ease, I bet his company is far better than mine.

You need to also understand that 40% tax rate is applicable nationwide in UK at £80k pa so unavoidable I'm afraid.

Which floor are you working on at Nations House?

You must inform your HR dept about London weighting for salary.

Are you able to help me with the points needed for intra-company transfer?
I really want to get my friend some work here.

According to the points based system he has an appropriate salary and he has shortage emplyment category etc.

I noticed your salary and compensation package is somewhat less than my friend that's why I ask.
Please inform me Caleb
