You may also be interested in the Earls Court area, I don't know what property rentals are like, but I guess they are cheaper then some. The area is very popular with Filipinos and there are Filipino restaurants and supermarkets, so at least you can grab some Filipino food on the way home.

Thank you very much Ricky, I cook almost everyday so if there are Filipino stores nearby I will surely consider those area.
