A Sudanese asylum seeker who raped a 12-year-old girl has been allowed to remain in Britain – after a judge ruled it would breach his human rights to deport him.

Just read that story Joe and it just about sums up whats wrong with this country. If you rape a 12 yo girl you should have no rights you shouldn't even be walking the streets. This is a disgrace the judge is a disgrace and the human rights act is a complete joke.

And, if he is "in danger" if he goes back to Sudan, why are we not concerned about the tens of millions of people, NOT in the UK, who are "in danger" (some of them really are in danger) in their respective countries?
