    Hi Chris,

    It is up to you if you use a third party to do your work for you, but be warned that you are the one that is responsible to collect all the information necessary for a successful application. Why pay someone else to do what you can do yourself. Many people here will do it themselves with great success rates.

    Thanks Steve, After reading some of the posts here it seems we can file the application ourselves, without the need of Lawyers. However as we both have some history married and divorced in the past to Foreign nationals. we may have some issues with this? Regards...

    well its mentioned in the guidance, but i would have thought the important factors are how long ago did you get married, how long did the marriage last and when did you get divorced.
