Over 250 illegal immigrants have been removed from the West Midlands, Warwickshire and West Mercia during a major campaign by the UK Border Agency.

So a number of this 250 figure are kind of on paper only

Makes the headline misleading as they've left of their own accord. I wonder how many were actually forcibly slung on a plane ?
