It's theses who are making car insurance practically unaffordable for a lot of younger drivers, including my own boy. ....not to mention increased premiums for the rest of us.
He should be banned for life from insuring or even driving a vehicle. That might cure a few of them, though of course most are organised gangs of immigrants.

There was a gang of crooks not so long ago who fraudulently claimed whiplash after boarding a bus which was deliberately smashed into by another gang member's car.
I'd give em blinkin whiplash !
It's far more widespead than we might like to believe.
Who knows what kind of people they are
Luckily I have a nice insurance company based upon my years as a civil servant
