where are you getting married?
If in the Philippines, Cenomar is for you and CNI (certificate of non impediment) for your fiance, the CNI is issued upon request with his local registrars office...he also need to convert his CNI from the UK to a local one with the British Embassy in Manila.
so, the address will be where your fiance currently lives or his home address.

thanks for the help guys were planning in oct,,his divorce so he still need cenomar frm phil?and my fiance wants to stay here 6mnths does he need to get visa for that pls help.

he will need a cenomar from your local municipal before he can get the cni converted at the british embassy in manila. You also have to attend marriage guidance there which last a few hours
