    If my memory serves me correctly, a few years ago Dysons switched their manufacturing base from the UK to India to take advantage of cheap labour costs but they still seem to charge top dollar for their products.

    Malaysia I think you'll find Malchard . Best vac I've ever bought though, a bargain £110 in Costco 7 years ago. Dyson wrote adding another 2 years foc warranty to the two it came with so they must trust their products. A shame though that great British inventions are made abroad.

    I stand to be corrected having just searched in wikipedia but it is a shame as its hard to understand why he couldnt find a suitable manufacturing site in the UK still as we know this country is not the manufacturing base it was when I was young, profit before people will always win I guess

    Champagne socialist knighted under Labour but doesn't fancy paying too much UK tax or keeping employment here
