Giggs, Bellamy and at least 6 other scumbags stood there sullenly lips zipped shut, needless to say every member of the UAE team sang theirs.

Why? Because a few of them aren't singing. Don't you think you're blowing this out of proportion? Surely its about standing behind your national team and supporting their progress through the competition not declaring they get knocked out because a few of them aren't singing the anthem. I'd have thought that their desire to play and win the gold for team GB would have been obvious by the fact that they are playing, not by their ability to bang out a tune. They could've refused to play for GB after all.

I don't think I'd have sung either being tone deaf, I wouldn't want to embarrass myself. Just let my actions on the pitch do the talking.
