There was a bit in that clip where HM ignores Bond and continues writing until the clock strikes.
This was good in two ways - first, many people watching will have thought "That's not the Queen - that's an actress!" - until she turns round - and secondly HM is known to be a stickler for punctuality (given her schedules, she has to be!) and he's ever so slightly early.
(On the other hand, the Princess Royal - whom I admire immensely - is almost always late, because she just does too much.)
