what to do if i want to stay a while in cebu

hi i am married to a filipino girl and we will want to move back to cebu at some point,so i am asking the best way to do it, so i can stay without ending up in a dungeon of a prison out there.

Best way is to make sure you got plenty of money cuz your need it and dont get into fights with the locals even if your defending your family as you will be the 1 that ends up in a dungeon prison and not the local, as i once found out..
