    hey penny, i am so glad ur husband wants to learn tag, coz it seems to me that many husbands of filipinas aren't interested in learning tagalog/bisaya/illongo/waray wary or whatever!

    so MUCH RESPECT to your husband

    im sure you will find a great french teacher here

    Joe you will need to speak tagalog if you think to retire and live in PI!!! well at least you still need to learn so you will understand what all the gossips about!!!

    I've been 8 times and nearly everyone i've spoken to speaks english , not that i've spoken to many people ..let the wife doing the talking, thats what shes good at

    hmm could be right thou, my stepson understands everythnig i say to him, and can read english really well, passed his 'life in uk' testfirst time, but sometimes struggles speaking english,,


    well i've got tag cd's and i might try again, for a week .........

    oh how can you call me, i'm surprised anyone can understand an irish brummie

    TOM,
    I ONLY KNOWS TAGALOG Language AS I AM PURE TAGALOG. Many Visayas married foreigner than Tagalog Region IV (Laguna, Quezon, Bulacan )so most husband married with Visaya prefer to learn Visaya than Tagalog. .
    Husband can speak little Tagalog, as I am a patient teacher
