getting ready all the documents for spousal visa,advice if its enough evidence

hi to everyone,

getting ready all the documents now need for spousal visa or flr(m),for a new married couple.
just want to ask if do my partner as my sponsor need to provide his bank statement that he had a savings?he earn enough more than the home office required now for sponsoring but problem is my partner have no saving at moment because he used it all for wedding and to sort my papers and everything and now for my visa again,he said i am hard work lol..
but he can proved that he earn monthly for his fully time job as manager.
we worried that we can proved that he had savings at the moment my application will be refused,anyone know about this matter will help alot.

I just got my FLR (M) visa granted last 6 of July 2012. And I am the same- because of all the expenses that we had, from fiancee visa to my plane ticket to wedding expenses and moving house my husband got skint

We didn't have any savings so I didn't provide it when I applied my FLR. We had letter from my husbands client saying that he is doing job for them.

As long as your hubby's income meet the required annual income, your application will be fine.

My hubby doesn't have a savings when we applied for my visa. He just got the enough income to sustain both our needs not having any recourse from public funds.
