When applying for a job, do the job agencies and companies ask for the college transcripts?
Not in my experience.
Evidence of qualification (certificates/diplomas etc) may be required depending on the job you apply for and depending on the employer.
If sight and evidence of qualification is required then be forewarned that documentation from overseas may need additional support.
Quite frankly, here in UK it's often the case that if the interviewer feels and believes you are right for the job and able to do it based on their evaluated assessment of competency then you are on a level playing field.
If the job level states a minumum required specific qualification OR experience then you really need to have that document.
Job opportunities are relatively open in UK
Quite a bit different to Philippines.
Employment opportunities remain very difficult here. Be open minded and stay positive.
Employment experience in itself is also a pretty good qualification for further progression.
