when i got here in UK we phoned in virgin media that we will be moving into a new place, during that call they told him there is no access for virgin media in the area we are moving into and they will give us SKY instead and during the one and a half hour talk on phone they have asked my husband a million times for the new address!! the address has been said for TEN TIMES!! when time came that they installed our SKY the guy went to the wrong house near ours and sent the viewing card on the same house the guy went to after a week the sky was installed!! with regards to our broadband, someone came here to check the area and was puzzled why we ORDERED TWO WIFI.. we are what the hell are we going to do with two WI-FI !!!!??? so the guy went and was informed about this and said he will sort out the MIXED UP..
alas! they installed our wifi today! but before the guy came here to put the wifi box and the telephone line, we received a text saying that our wifi box is going to be delivered today! we thought it was just one and the same! but hey guess what NOW WE GOT TWO WIFI BOX and we will be CHARGE for this!! AM IN A RAGE THAT AM GOING TO COMPLAIN this.
I maybe new in UK but am not STUPID!!! and i cant believe what a terrible service they got especially their call centre!! THEY CANT UNDERSTAND PLAIN ENGLISH! my husband is english and how come they dont understand him!!?
