    What is wrong with VIRGIN MEDIA!!!

    when i got here in UK we phoned in virgin media that we will be moving into a new place, during that call they told him there is no access for virgin media in the area we are moving into and they will give us SKY instead and during the one and a half hour talk on phone they have asked my husband a million times for the new address!! the address has been said for TEN TIMES!! when time came that they installed our SKY the guy went to the wrong house near ours and sent the viewing card on the same house the guy went to after a week the sky was installed!! with regards to our broadband, someone came here to check the area and was puzzled why we ORDERED TWO WIFI.. we are what the hell are we going to do with two WI-FI !!!!??? so the guy went and was informed about this and said he will sort out the MIXED UP..

    alas! they installed our wifi today! but before the guy came here to put the wifi box and the telephone line, we received a text saying that our wifi box is going to be delivered today! we thought it was just one and the same! but hey guess what NOW WE GOT TWO WIFI BOX and we will be CHARGE for this!! AM IN A RAGE THAT AM GOING TO COMPLAIN this.

    I maybe new in UK but am not STUPID!!! and i cant believe what a terrible service they got especially their call centre!! THEY CANT UNDERSTAND PLAIN ENGLISH! my husband is english and how come they dont understand him!!?

    Yes everytime I phone customer service it either Philippines or india.

    I think only the mobile phone call centre is in Manila...always a pleasure chatting to them.

    I've been with Virgin Media for over 4 years now and not really had any problems with them. (touch wood).

    i like virgin too, never really had any problems, i would not change from them

    the person who took my husband call was indian and cant understand a thing because if she or he is a filipino am sure there will be no problem like this!!!

    have they not even thought what we will do with TWO WiFi box???

    I'm sure I've spoken to Indians too, so maybe they do have a call-centre there.

    Certainly didn't have a Leicester or Southall accent.

    i cant help but it seems like UK are getting there own back on the philippines lol,,, i think the call center bloke has been to the fill's and had the same problem's ? you know what ? i have the same problems ere in the fill's ? soon as they hear my voice they say oh ! its another americano from UK ? and i always shout out to my wife they answer my call in english then it all goe's wrong when i try to ask a question ? hehe so my answer is no they dont understand english ? please be calm and understand that it is prob a over sea's call centre answering your call most likely in the philippines lol,, they answer sounding like an american but you soon learn it's just a filipino ?
