Yes! It is part of the appeal form. Somehow we wish that it goes directly to the court for a hearing because the Embassy here in Manila is only prolonging our agony. In addition to this, the ECO also mentioned that we don't have our wedding booked. The problem is the Registrar said that I should be a residence in the UK for 15 days before a wedding can be held. My fiancee just explained our situation and convinced the lady to reserved a wedding on the 12th of September. Even our local MP called the Registrar and said that it is not allowed by Law to book a wedding. The Immigration is confusing us
