your bf can do that. you just need to send an authorization letter to the embassy. and then i guess he can demand an answer of such refusal. thats what my bf did. he sent them a message and replied him a standard message and so he sent them a message again obliging them to answer it in a personal approach -case to case basis, and he demanded that it should be coming from the ecm or eco . and we both sent an email to the ambassador. its best to phone the embassy directly than vfs.Originally Posted by jehzroblenida
Does anyone know if it is possible to make an appointment at the British Embassy and ask for any update about an appeal? Or maybe contact the Ambassador to tell his people off?
