You can either pay at Union Bank in any branch or Managers Cheque payable to British Embassy....

Thanks leen however if ever we want to pay the application fee online. is it payable thru paypal and visa?
When you apply for the initial spouse visa in Manila, the only way to pay is as per the reply above from Leen.
When in the UK and applying for either FLR, ILR etc. then these fees can be paid for with debit/credit cards, although not sure about paypal.
