Could anyone confirm whether or not my Fiancée will need to provide her passport when we go to the consulate in Cebu to to exchange my CNI? The UK gov website just says to provide it "if applicable" without making it clear was is applicable.

Could anyone confirm whether or not my Fiancée will need to provide her passport when we go to the consulate in Cebu to to exchange my CNI? The UK gov website just says to provide it "if applicable" without making it clear was is applicable.

It just means presenting a passport as ID is not mandatory as not everyone has a passport.
If no passport then some other form(s) of ID will be needed.
