nope i didn't received a confirmation letter...i ring them three times regarding the certificate of application... coz it stated in their website If several weeks have elapsed since you submitted your application, and you have not received your certificate of application, you can phone our European enquiries contact centre to check whether we have sent you a certificate....after my last call to them they send my certificate of application & residence card at the same day... did you try to ring them?Originally Posted by brokenpieces
