hello everyone,
i was just wondering if anyone knows what actions can i take against a cargo company. Last end of march i sent 3 medium boxes to philippines until now my family has not receive the boxes. I kept on calling them and they're giving me lots of different excuses. saved up so hard for the contents of those boxes :-(, so down and frustrated as my family back home was so disappointed.
