Hi, I am starting the trawl through all the paperwork requirements in preparation for our fiancee visa submission (probably not submitted till October as still waiting divorce final paperworks)
I am the Director of my own company in the UK (the other director is my ex-wife - soon to be removed) however will our friends at UKBA accept a letter as requested in the financial requirements (5.5.2) stating
• Letter from the employer confirming the person’s employment and annual salary, the length of their employment (and the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application), and the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).
• A signed contract of employment.
Both of which I will have to write myself (being director) and sign myself, I can put my ex-wife as the originator of the letters but I still think they will not accept it, any thought????
Thanks Baz (and Jaz in Davao)
