... personally, I prefer the quieter, droll Glasgow humour associated with the Reverend I M Jolly, aka the late, much~lamented Scots comedian, Rikki Fulton in 'Scotch & Wry'!

's undoubtedly the secret of those guys' success ... their deadpan humour ... ... their knack of being able to maintain a straight face while making their audiences roar with laughter.

I think that not all of these characters north of the border enjoyed as much exposure, south of the border, but I quite liked some of the "weegie" humour...

walking into the cinema with the big afro hairstyle and sits in front of that bloke

then again cant beat the old candid camera, what great shows, the pet shop with the bloke eating the goldfish was so funny
