Hi Terpe, we are now varying the application for FLR-M due to domestic violence, i am waiting now from the Home office.

I used to be on a student visa, been with my partner for over 2 years then we applied for De facto visa end of March 2012 and while waiting for the decision the relationship break down due to domestic violence and now waiting for the Home office decision

Secondly ... I can fully appreciate why you have chosen to describe your relationship as being "complicated".

Thirdly - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - to read of your predicament ... domestic violence is inexcusable - with a tendency to escalate - and, if you haven't already moved away from such a hostile environment, NOW is the time to extricate yourself.
