has anyone had any problems entering the philippines after an overstay ' i overstayed the 59 day allowance i did get a fine of 3800 peso plus 500 peso administration fee ...when leaving i have all the paperwork i intend to fly out this december the 2nd for 28 days will i have any problems getting a new visa or even entering'' im flying to clark i pampanga this time when i was fined i was flying from mactan in cebu back to the uk via hong kong anyone had any problems thanks
As long as you have paid the correct fines etc you should have no problems. I would advise not to make a habit of it though. It does not matter where you fly from as it is documented in your passport.

u didnt get fined 3800 peso -3000 is the amount u should have paid for extending visa when staying more than 21 days
DO be careful NOT to do it again. The consequences can be serious - a spell in jail is not something that you will enjoy.

yes thats how much u had to pay but as mentioned 3000 of that wasnt a fine-its how much u should have paid when getting an extension to stay longer than 59 days
i see good job my card had sufficent funds and there was an atm machine at the casino across from mactan airport
